Service Guarantee: If a service provided by GLK Locksmith does not meet the agreed specifications or standards, you may be eligible for a refund or a reservice at no additional cost within the 30-day period. 

Non-Refundable Services

Any services provided outside the scope of agreed-upon work

Services that have been tampered with or altered by another party after completion

Refund Process

Assessment: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account.

Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of GLK Locksmith management.
